Textile Workers Strike in Mombasa enters day 4

Striking workers at Apparez textile firm in Mombasa County, have resorted to demonstrations even as theiy sought to pile pressure on the firms management to heed to their calls for better terms of service. The wokers have failed to reach an agreement with their managers over the status of their job contracts. The strike has worsened the state of affairs with workers now staging demonstrations barricading streets in Changamwe.
