ASIFA Student Prize Nominees 2024 in Sofia, Bulgaria

Let's celebrate International Animation Day 2024 with a special selection of 12 short student films from around the world! The programme is an international celebration of rising talent, featuring universities and academies from Japan, China, USA, India, Iran and Croatia. All titles have been nominated for the prestigious ASIFA Student Film Award 2024 (ASA2024). This is the second screening of this programme after its premiere at the Animafest International Festival in Zagreb this year. With us will be Anastasia Dimitra, ASIFA Vice President and ASA Coordinator. The winner of the 2024 award is the Croatian film Love is a Colour, directed by Nikolina Žabčić. The 2020 winner is the Bulgarian film "To Meet Yesterday" directed by Iva Tokmakchieva, who will be a special guest at the screening.
