What I would do for Verina's rotation is :

Swap into her and swap out. This applies her inherent skill and outro skill, giving her team +20% attack and +15% total damage. With her cooldown being shorter than the duration of her buff, she can easily cycle so that the buff stays up permanently

Can you explain the C1 of Verina for me please? Does it stack with the 19% every sec or overwrite it with the new 20% every 5s for 30s (which is still 6 times)
