Medical Terminology, Lesson 8: Anatomical Terms of the Nervous System, Cardiorespiratory system, and Endocrine system. This is part 3 of the Anatomical Terms lesson series. Prefixes and suffixes of anatomy of these systems will be explored with examples provided to help better remember and learn these terms.

Hey guys! In this video, you will learn medical terminology including prefixes and suffixes that denote anatomy of the nervous system, cardiorespiratory system, and endocrine system anatomy. This video is a continuation of both the Medical Terminology, The Basics lesson series and the Medical Terminology, Anatomy lesson series - so please check out both of those series before commencing this lesson :)

Hi professor this is abianah this is my perspective of the video.The nervous system Has many different parts including the Encephalo( the Brain), Melo (the Spinal cord), Cerebello ( the Cerebellum) Pineal, ( the Pineal gland), Dur/o Dura Mater, Fronto the frontal lobe, Temporo the temporal lobe, Occipit/o the Occipital Lobe Parietal the Parietal lobe, Polio Grey matter, Leuko White matter.These parts are essential to the nervous system. There is also the nervous system anatomy. The nerve, Dendr, Soma, Plexo, Ganglio, Myelin, Synapto, Gli, Astrocyt, Schwanno, Oligodendro.Respiro means Lung. Pulmo means lung, Pneumo means air tracheo means trachea broncho, Alveol Hill Blenno, Pleur, Epiglott, Crico, This whole video is showing the parts of the Nervous system cardiorespiratory system and the endocrine and anatomy. I feel like this video was very informative.
