Using kissing as an Analogy for Robots downloading each other's data by making physical contact is brilliant. Humans make an exchange of sort when we touch mucus membrane since bacteria moves more easily accross the surface.
I would like to see some other Sci-fi lean into this symbolism by making it more explicit. Robots touching ports= sharing data= build the relationship because each have to trust that the other data doesn't have spyware in it.❤
