Can you just add vinegar instead of chemical solution? I have cats and don't use chemicals on my floors except for in the bathroom.

I think s10 model isnt as effective as s20, correct? I love my s20 pro and have had it for 2wks now. I had to wait over 2mos bc it was out of stock. Not enough reviews on it and is highly underrated imo. Ive owned both tineco s7pro and dyson washg1 and both have nothing on narwal s20pro plus its cheaper which is a win win.

Well, considering that Bissell invented the vacume mop AKA Bissell Crosswave Why would I consider a coppy cat?
Besides Bissel will sell you a referbished Crosswave for a fraction of the cost of a new one
