Cavaliere Professional Series Range Hood Keypad Replacement

The professional series of range hoods from Cavaliere are constructed with stainless steel. They are available as wall mount range hoods and under cabinet range hoods and come in 30", 36" and 42". The four button touch sensitive control and digital speed display allow the user full control of use. The buttons allow the user to turn the unit on and off, toggle between the six fan speeds and control the lighting from two 35W halogen light bulbs.

The professional series wall mount range hoods come with a 9 foot telescopic chimney and chimney extensions are available.

Where can I order the keypad for model CAV-B02?

My keypad is beeping, lights flickering, fan going on and off like it's possessed. Is there a way to reset it? It's barely been used and I can't image it needs to be replaced. It's CAV-BO3 model.

We purchased a Cavaliere 860 CFM wallmount it's only a few months old and has only been used a handful of times, the clock works but won't cange time it stays at 12:00, it won't turn on or change speeds it just won't work at all.
