In this video I will show you step-by-step on how easy it is to make the best crispy Chinese fortune cookies you will ever taste in your own kitchen!

INGREDIENTS:
* 1 egg white
* ¼ cup sugar
* 3 drops vanilla extract
* 1 pinch salt
* 1 big tablespoon melted butter
* ⅓ cup or more all-purpose flour
* Food coloring

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except flour and whisk. Then Add flour and whisk until smooth consistency.
2. Scoop 1 tablespoon onto baking sheet and spread out into circle
3. Bake in the 170 C oven until crispy and golden brown , about 8-10 minutes.
4. Add a secret to each. Fold cookies in half. Bend each cookie bringing ends down on both side.
5. Hold their shape while they cool.
