what i would do is get a backup that can learn from experience like salah then in a season or two maybe the backup can replace salah thats just what i would do

could of done a review each season of who the manager was over a 5 season sim prob be maybe two managers possibly 3 hard for managers to stay more than 3 nice idea

after the first window if that is the DOF idea of ins and outs and im not a liverpool fan but the DOF would get the sack but the one that hires the DOF would prob at least see how the season goes till jan if failed would get the sack or the manager would why i dont agree with the system of the board buys the players and the manager has to make it work its a setup to fail tell me a club at the top level that this has worked at on lower teams can use it but at the top level never
