In a show of India's progress and mainly the military might, a girls' contingent of NCC or the National Cadet Corps parade on the Rajpath during India's 72nd Republic Day Parde. Dressed in almost all grey uniforms the girls parade in front of the President, Prime Minister, Vice, President, government dignitaries and thousands of spectators.
