Best review of the MV7+ I’ve come across! One question I had, do you need to keep the software running in the background to retain the effects? It would be nice if you didn’t need to, especially for gaming.

I recently bought the MV7+ and immediately tried it with USB connection.
Unfortunately, it is extremely sensitive. I record from Motiv Mix app, with the same settings as you, but the MV7+ picks up the slightest mouse click, keyboard noise, even when I'm talking.
I'm thinking to send it back because I really can't get a clear voice without background noise, even with the Denoiser switched on. Do you have any advice for me? FI, This is my first Shure microphone

Wow after all these years they finally come out with USB C, better late than never. Still wished they removed the brand logo on the side. I would still think it still has the bad plosives from the old model.
