Thank you for what you said in the beginning of this video before you started the workouts. I really really needed to hear those words. I gave birth to 3 kids. At 35, my body doesn’t look like I am 20years old anymore from having children. And from me breast feeding. My breast is not like they use to be either. Lastly, I’ve been really hard on myself with how I look. I really appreciate you caring and understanding our struggles as a woman. I started to do your workouts this month, I have skipped one day to give my body rest. But I already feel better. For my height to weight ratio I know I'm over weight. But we got this ladies!! Don't give up and keep going!!❤ I plan on taking progress photos and currently keeping track of my calories

So... listen, ladies. I have saggy breasts. Always have. No kids, but did have substantial weight loss. Mine are not the worst ever, but they sag. Doing all the chest exercises in the world is not going to dramatically change a darn thing. For that to work, your breasts will already need to sit relatively high on your chest. Because for me? After 1 year of lifting hard, I've got noticably bigger pecs, for sure. But guess what it didn't do? Lift my breasts. Because they sit lower than the entire muscle group. If doing this actually provided decent results, you would see a lot more posts about it online. Again, my case isn't even the worst out there, and it still did not do a darn thing for them. Do not be misled by false promises. You should still lift for all the other benefits, but if can you afford it? Consider a breast lift. Surgical and non-surgical options are out there.

I'm really irked by this whole video and many like it, particulary coming from men who do not understand the physics of fatty tissue and sagging skin.

Im a 19yo female, my weight has fluctuated dramatically my whole teen years due to an eating disorder, its left me with droopy sagging boobs that causes me so much mental distress. I feel like giving up some days but im really excited to watch this video and see what i can do to try and fix them, the comments seem good :)

Merci beaucoup !!!! J'ai fait beaucoup d'exercices de coachs sur youtube pour ma poitrine mais je n'ai vu aucun résultat. Jusqu'à ce que je fasse les exercices de cette vidéo. Apres deux jours j'ai commencé à voir des petits changements. Je vais continuer jusqu'à atteindre mon objectif ! Apres deux enfants je ne pensais pas qu'un jour ma poitrine pourrait remonter.
