Why the need to censor McDonalds in that admittedly hilarious way?

You say the building style "comes from the Alsace-Lorraine region of Germany" which makes it sound like it's a part of Germany now. (It isn't)

The (unscpecified but well known fast food chain with golden arches) had to maintain both the facade and the interior as the whole building is classified as a landmark, making it one of the most beautiful restaurant of the chain. It is right by St Lazare railway station, a block from all the departement stores.

Alsace-Lorraine is not a part of germany, because germany had to give the region back to france after ww1, the return was part of the treaty of versailles

You say “used to belong to France” like it doesn’t belong to France again. France reclaimed the region after WW1 and again after WW2.
