Non-OFWs who are Philhealth Members, prepare your Philhealth Number or your parents' Philhealth Number if you are a dependent of a Philhealth Member. For other Non-OFWs, be ready to pay for the cost of the COVID-19 test. OWWA pays for OFWs, Philhealth pays for Non-OFWs who are Philhealth Members, or self-payment by those who are non-OFWs and non-Philhealth Members);
Quarantine facility in Manila, Diamond Hotel, for returning OFWs. OWWA members and their dependents traveling with them can avail of free SWAB test and quarantine facility. OFWs but not OWWA registered yet (those who traveled as tourist and found a job) may also avail as long as they have Work Permit/Visa. Non-OFWs have to be financially prepared as they have to shoulder all the expenses. OFW OWWA dependents traveling alone have to pay for their own expenses.
Non-OFWs may also avail of free quarantine at government-funded facilities depending on their availability.
Starting July 27, non-OFW and non-PhilHealth members have to pay for their own SWAB test costing 4,500 PHP.

OFW po ako with working visa sa passport also with active OWWA membership, ang tanong ko po considered din ba syang OFW nakaunder po sya sa aking Husband/Wife VISA sponsorship?
