Im 11 right now and i experienced all of these but cramps and i was very Irritable. I think im will get my 3rd one this week or next week no clue bcause shark week is unexpected because of hormonal changes. Also telling your mom is not embarrassing i promise and if you are with your dad what I would say is "dad i just got my first period can we go to a pharmacy for so products?" And i completely understand why you would be embarrassed since it is your dad❤
