You know this wasn’t kirks best game today, he missed some throws, but nobody can question his toughness. He took shots today and stood in there. Something else that has completely changed the dynamic of this team, and it’s thanks to Kevin OcConel, is Kirk is taking chances. His stats aren’t always the best, but the record makes up for it. Before this year he always played it safe. Not anymore, the deep throw to Reagor, fitting balls into JJ, he’s a big reason this team is winning, even though today he wasn’t at his best.

I gotta say I hate that throw Kirk made to thielen to get the Vikes in the endzon, if Kirk throws it 5 yards short and hits the wide of JJ, thielen can then block his defender and jj can run between him and the right CB and beat him with speed to the endzone. Trend.

ok so i'm starting to see the vikings defensive scheme....let them go right down the field, and hold them to a field goal in the redzone. then give the ball back to our offense to score a touchdown, and control the clock . unfortunately the defense lets so many plays through that the other team doesn't get bottlenecked into the redzone. and the offense doesn't hold up its end, for about two quarters. this would work easily if your offense was consistent.

I know the is ain’t the full video, but our D needs work. We show up for the first half, then we slack off during the 2nd half, we got lucky for our W and Bynum saved the day with that int.


Now to blow it against the lions(who have also won) next weeknd.



Need to stop with these close games too. From 20-6 to 27-22, I’m in awe. Thought we was gonna be the cowboys for a moment, and pull a 40-3 or 6 victory over the jets.

Even when not at their best, the Vikings pull out another close win. I will say that Donatell's defense scheme is trash, that if it wasn't for having a few possible future HoFers, they wouldn't win a game.
Like coach OC, I try to see the silver lining.
The defense was great on 3rd down and in the Redzone and actually had a couple of takeaways. The offense did enough to win even though this wasn't Kirk's best day.
I will never complain about being 10-2 that's for sure and I am really trying to enjoy this stressful ride called the 2022 season.
A lot of football left and as we Viking's fans know: The regular season records and play never matter once you are in the playoffs, because the Vikings have had way better seasons than this and never made the SB, so sit back, relax and cheer these dudes on. Let's Skoldier on!

The Vikings should have been more aggressive on that last offensive drive instead of running the clock out, it gave the jets plenty of time to march down field to almost win the game, I love the Vikings but this season has all been won by luck in my opinion.
