Fix Rufus Undetermined Error While Formatting

HERE'S THE REAL FIX:

you don't need to downgrade rufus version but here is the fix

Step 1. Make Sure ISO is not Corrupted
Step 2. Make sure the Volume Label Section does not have a long name or else it will give this error, if you are using ghost spectere you will notice it has a very long name that is what causing the error make it to like shorter like "Windows 10" or anything shorter around 15 letters or less only
