i am still proud of your acconlishment with creating a functional game engine. it only lacks environment mapping to achieve full usability. as in become viable for most game types. the other missing features are stuff that other software or programmers themselves can work around .

You could add a MeshCollectionComponent thingie. Then you could have as many meshes as you want being part of a single entity. If you added something like or something you would have 90% of static objects in a scene fitting in just 2 components in just 1 entity.
