Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s first season has been out for almost two months, but Treyarch is spicing things up with an update that adds a couple of new maps to the game. Multiplayer is getting Express, a remake of the Black Ops 2 map, while Zombies is getting the all new Firebase Z map set in Vietnam.

Express is set in an abandoned train station, where players can fight in luggage areas, train tunnels, and on the train tracks themselves. The map isn’t too big, which helps keep matches fast and firefights frequent. To make sure players have a chance to check out the remade map, Treyarch is adding an Express 24/7 playlist to Black Ops Cold War, which will feature only Express with a different game mode every match.

This patch’s other big addition is Firebase Z, the new Zombies map. The map is set in the jungles of Vietnam on a secret Cold War-era research base. Of course, things went awry somewhere along the way, unleashing Dark Aether and the undead hordes into the base. On top of new weapons, new enemies, and the laundry list of secrets and Easter eggs the map is likely to have, there’s also a new perk called Tombstone which gives players a chance to come back to life after they’ve been downed.

Finally, Treyarch also announced that League Play is coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War on Feb. 8. League play is Call of Duty’s multiplayer ranked mode and will let players face off in more competitive matches in order to earn ranks to show off their skills. League Play games feature more specific matchmaking, ensuring that you’re placed with players close to your rank, and allows players to progress or regress their rank with each win or loss.
