Requirements are pretty simple.
Izuna's Overload
~20 million base stats (10 from mastering all classes then leveling in Elite 4 squad, then 10 more from extracts)
100 Professional Innocents
100% Crit Curry (100 Thimbles in the "Other" slot)
Leader of the Foot Soldier Squad with 20 members
And Evilities- Assault Attack, Greedy Dispostion, Violence, Impact Charge, and Purgatory

I pop in and out of the gate to take 20 hits to rack up Impact Charge to 200%, Then move as far as possible to boost Assault Attack. The rest is pretty self explanatory
