Cellophane is very common as a wrap on single roses or bouquets it has several colors and it is beautiful and let the flower shine through, it keeps it aery, and you can wrap, not tight, dry flowers you want too preserve and not gather dust.

There are several types of Cellophane. Some, like shrink wrap have stretching properties, while others like cigarette pack wrappers do not.

For all intents and purpose yes, however it's more often known as Shrink wrap, and often is thicker and stretches more before breaking.

Is Cellophane that clear material that you wrap around a bunch of boxes on a pallet? I thought that was just plastic :O
