I lived in Cebu for 4 months and I went to his shop once when it was raining so hard, instead of going to another place to eat because we were soaking wet under the pouring rain, we took shelter under the tent they provided because they didn't have a stable roof to keep us dry, so me and my friends stayed to just taste this famous trending food. When i tasted that egg beef loaf omelette i said to myself " this is the best omelette i've ever tasted" because of how crispy it is and it's not oily too and the beefloaf is crispy and taste goo and it's cooked to perfection and that pancit canton taste good too.
