I love this, but I would nix the downstairs bedroom in favour of living space. The downstairs bathroom would have no shower and instead be a powder room/laundry room. I would utilize under the stairs as storage/pantry space. Upstairs where laundry is would become a walk in closet for master bedroom.

I like this design but I’d like to add a pantry room, walk in closet in the master bedroom and a separate laundry room. Oh an outdoor kitchen too is a must!
