Air Asia has the worst customer service in the world.
Not even travel agents can contact a human. Bo the chat bot is short for bodoh. = stupid in bahasa. If something goes wrong with your flight, you will be driven to anxiety despair. Do not be deluded by their cheap fares. Fly any other airline. Avoid AA at all costs.... pun intended.
