Which factory did you manufacture? What are the materials? Maybe make a video on it before or around the launch? I think that will bring more people who are concerned about ethical production in. Packing cubes aren’t really something you can easily get that have been made ethically so it would be a good selling point

Update: she’s now shared the guidelines her manufacturer adheres to in terms of standards for workers and I think they’re pretty good! Nylon is not ideal but understandable for durability and the ethics apart from that look pretty good!

Edit: I’ve been made aware that unfortunately the BSCI membership Maddie cited for good working conditions is no guarantee that the working conditions are good. Instead, it’s just a framework companies can use to improve the conditions, but the actual conditions could still be bad (e.g. not paying a living wage, unsafe environments etc.). That being said companies who are a part of BSCI can consent to audits and a report released to show their compliance to the BSCI code of conduct. We don’t know the factory specifics so I obviously can’t find any reports if they exist. Hopefully they do and they’re positive!

Looove the colors, they are gorgeous. The zipper to compress after the cube is closed is an awesome feature, none of the packing cubes I own have that. Can’t wait for launch!!

I prefer see through packing cubes. I usually just leave the cubes on the hotel room shelves and can quickly see what’s inside. Very practical particularly with kids

See-through cubes would be soooo useful! That way you don’t have to open the cube and shove around the clothes to see if your shirt you wanted is in there. It could also help with packing, so you can see what you have in the cubes by looking at the top. It would be so much easier! Love the idea though, I’ll most definitely be buying! Xx

Hi Maddie, would you consider making packing cubes with sides so that you can see what's in the cube? I have ADHD and its easier when I can see what's packed in them so I don't scramble around checking what I packed in each cube. E.g. all my kitchen containers are transparent so I never forget that there's food in there/I can see what is in it and remember to use it. Thanks <3

I’m so excited!! I’ve been looking for the perfect packing cubes for a of time while I keep using my cubes from childhood/backpacking from REI plus a couple from Baggu. They’re fine but don’t look great after 20ish years of use (REI) and neither compact like yours!!
