I'd love to add two information since this video is a bit outdated:

1. Instead of Wyoming, form your LLC in New Mexico instead. No annual reports, fees or taxes and you are 100% anonymous.
2. A new banking player is Mercury Bank. You get all the features of a traditional US bank, minus the fees.

Now I am outside the US and workonline -I am now getting payments from the US company into my account there. Hello im u.s. citizen but have expired i.d. and unable to renew i have ssn also is there a bank offline or online that i may be able to make an bank account with? I tried few but was negated because expired i.d.

5yrs later, the information is still correct. EXCEPT it's recommended to have a business address, personal address, registered agent all different and US-based. Additionally, there are online options for business bank accounts, but it's addresses that have bn tricky lately.

I live in republic of Congo (not DRC) and i have registered my LLC in new mexico. I tried to open a checking business account at Mercury bank but they told me that it is not possible because i am located in a country they can't serve. Which other bank could you please advise me?

Transferwise Borderless account is definitely not the same as a US bank account. A friend of mine who has the US bank account asked his bank a way to send me money from his account via ACH routing. TW insists it works but the US bank can not offer this option - only checks or Wire transfers(an expensive fee) or Zelle, which works for the owner of the US bank accounts only. Sure the friend of mine can open TW account and send me money this way but not everyone wants to open TW account. Concluding Transferwise account is not the same as a US bank account.
