When i first moved to the us from italy i wanted to become a real estate investor yet i had no money, so I had to create a strategy to save $20000 to $40000 dollar quickly and that`s where i stumbled upon the 50/30/20 rule. In this video i breaking down the 3 pies of the 50/30/20 rule namely 50% needs/ 30% wants and 20% savings and how i brought it to the next level enabling me to bring my saving rate to 70%.
