In an ep she almost escaped but got caught by laito (the one who wear hat) it's like a loop or magic casted that brings her back to sakamaki mansion. Plus she is portrayed as a kind hearted person who grew in church atmosphere so her being caring and forgiving towards others even if others hurt her is natural that's why she care for those brothers when she find them tensed or hurt.
