Impressive English skills for this CFO and he gets all of his points across. But, as the interviewer says, this is a standard European intercity bus service. Most of their innovation is in their efficient booking system.

Taking Flix you have no guarantee at all to get your luggage at the end of the trip.
Drivers do NOT controll who is taking which piece of luggage.

FlixBus is ok and I would use again, but the facilities and sometimes the treatment are for cattle and not paying passengers.

Flixbus offer just the same experience as the other bus companies, just with a lower price. I like flix.

I had a terrible experience. The seats were incredibly uncomfortable for my 8 hour bus ride from toronto to NYC. I wish I could sleep on the bus. I dont understand why they dont give people the option to sleep and why must everyone sit in a bus with such terrible suspension

What is good too are the buses are well maintained, which also makes the customer do the same. Make society respect things again!

I remember back in 2015 there was much more choices for us poor people, now it's just one company and they are monopolizing the whole industry

Wifi has never worked on a Flixbus in 10 years of using them now and again

My only interaction with Flixbus is while driving a car having 3-4 incidents of their drivers being quite dangerous and having very anti social, aggressive driving behaviour. It didn't make me feel like it would be a safe journey traveling with them

Been using Flixbus at start of the company, but not 1x in the last 5 years. They are full, drivers are under time schedule, prices are gone up and now are same or more expensive than train.

Wanted to book Fra-ZH for 2 at start of january, price same as 1st class DB. So i know i took gamble with DB, took DB and its direct line. 😂😂
