Ingredients
For biscuit base
Oreo cream biscuits 240 gms
For Dark chocolate mousse layer
1. Dark chocolate compound 150 gms
2. Veg gelatin powder 1 tsp
3. Water 2 tbsp + 2 tsp
4. Whipping cream 1/2 cup + 1/2 cup + 1/8 cup
5. Vanilla essece 1/4 tsp
For Milk chocolate mousse layer
1. Milk chocolate compound 150 gms
2. Veg gelatin powder 1 tsp
3. Water 2 tbsp + 2 tsp
4. Whipping cream 1/2 cup + 1/2 cup + 1/8 cup
5. Vanilla essece 1/4 tsp
For White chocolate mousse layer
1. White chocolate compound 150 gms
2. Veg gelatin powder 1 tsp
3. Water 2 tbsp + 2 tsp
4. Whipping cream 1/2 cup + 1/2 cup + 1/8 cup
5. Vanilla essece 1/4 tsp
For garnishing
Grated chocolate, Strawberries, Edible sugar Pearls
