okay im gonna point out all the details i've noticed on this vid:

- Miss Nina's employees are all females (if im not mistaken) and I really like that. 'Cause you know, a lot of men... are making women uncomfortable, and it happens most of the time on their workplace, so I'm glad there's no boys in the area. And hello? ABANTE, BABAE! Let's go, women empowerment!

- Second, Miss Nina knows every employees' names and it seems everyone are fond of her, you know, there's no awkwardness in the air. And also, everyone seems to have a bond with each other. And I think that's what make Colourette successful. The workers do not think their work as actual work. They're actually enjoying while doing it. Unlike other huge brands, there's exploitation, delay of wages, overwork. And that speaks a lot about the brand and the ceo, herself.

And for these reasons, I admire you more. I first admire you for being vocal about politics, and how you use your platform wisely, but now, my admiration to you grew more. As an eighteen year old, and an aspiring entrepreneur, I really look up to you. I hope I'll be just like you in the near future.
