Thank you for trusting us to share your journey with. I have PTSD and I can understand how challenging it can be to open up about mental health and having to deal with the stigmas that go with it. I tend to keep my diagnosis private until I feel comfortable enough sharing it with people outside of my small circle because of how PTSD is portrayed in the movies and on TV.
Please dont feel like you need to justify to anyone why you arent comfortable sharing all your personal parts of your story or life. You do not have to tell people anything you do not want to. If they arent happy not knowing then they do not respect boundaries and that is their problem, not yours.

I am so proud of you. Your speaking out will help others. You are so genuine in your desire to help others. You are not an attention seeker as are many who share to "help." In my case my mother is the one who fought battles daily with her emotions. I was unable to ask for help or Mama would threaten to harm herself. Being alone in it was the worst part. I am so proud of you.

Thank you for sharing. The mind can be an unnerving place... the intrusive thoughts, the crowded brain, physical illness, possible psychosis ....i mean the list goes on and on . I understand. Thanks for sharing...

Your an amazing person yes trauma is hidden and not understood and it can appear at the most unexpected moments but until you become aware of these and understand how to cope you can work through them. Keep believing in yourself 🥰

Your and amazing person. Let the therapy and meds work. It will change your life. Please know you need to stay on your meds. Cause if you go off. It will hurt you. So stay on them.

All the best to you in finding out and dealing with what you are experiencing. You are under no obligation to share anything you are uncomfortable talking about. If and when you are ready that is on your timeline if you ever decide you want to everyone is here for you. ❤️

Thank you for sharing. Always make any med changes with your doctor's approval. One day at a time. You don't have to share everything if you don't feel comfortable doing it. It is your journey and I'm sure it's helping others also!
