Wim Wenders is a great director, with films like Paris Texas, Wings of Desire, The American Friend, among others, which are wonderful and captivating, and Perfect Days is simple, but touching, beautiful and at the same time depressing. One of my favorite films and a great video by the way...

Thank You for Bringing this film back to my attention. It's a Simple Film. Very Simple. If the viewer is receptive, this film highlights the Benefits and Joys of Paying Attention to the Finer Things in Life, and Being Thankful. It's a Very Sad State and Condition of Affairs to say Not Many Films Do This.. ...imho the likes of Living, Captain Fantastic, Wild, Empire of Light, Monday, and Head Full of Honey Poignantly if not Beautifully Capture This Essence as well.
