I'm sick of people using the word "woke". Everybody should be "woke". What is wrong with people? How can it hurt people to know the truth about history. Why do they think we're not all equal? I didn't have to wake up. I've always been woke.

“I CAN THINK FOR MYSELF 🤬” “I DON’T UNDERSTAND 🥴” is the true dichotomy of states for people who use the word “woke” in 2024. lol.

The part that really got me was saying they neither “understand or care about” the issues in this book, which include… sexism, racism, classism, environmental exploitation, and colonialism, before going on to say they believe in being a “decent person”. 😂

Short time listener, first time commenter - Gotta say, as someone living "deep in the heart of texas, " it is hard to find one of these people willing to admit they just don't understand these topics and don't care to try. It's refreshing. Most of the time they insist on trying to "beat" you with their opposing views that aren't actually based on knowledge of the subject. And they seem to care. A LOT.
