Leftover Halloween Candy? 🍫 Make this Brown butter Caramel cookie croissant! 🥐🍪 This is sweet and salty, gooey and crunchy, it’s so addicting.

Recipe:
- stale croissants
- chocolate of choice, I used milkyway

Cookie dough:
- 1/2 cup melted browned butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- one egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2- 3-4 cup chopped chocolate bar of choice

Melted butter. In a bowl, add sugars and mix until very well combined. Add in egg and vanilla and stir well. Fold in flour, baking soda, and salt. Lastly, add in chocolate.

Cut croissants in half. Scoop cookie dough in and on top of croissant. Bake at 350 F for 12-15 mins. Top with powdered sugar and enjoy! 😊 Subscribe and like for more! ❤️
