Bridal Chorus is generally known as “Here Comes the Bride” and it is used often as the processional at the wedding ceremony. The music is from German composer Wagner’s opera Lohengrin. Unlike other opera composers, Wagner wrote both the libretto and the music for each of his operas. Because the Bridal Chorus is a theatrical piece and not associate with worship, some Christian churches may not use the music at wedding ceremony.
