The trial for the classsified document case should already be underway. Garland didn't need a special prosecutor to 8ndict Trump on that because Garland could have easily charged Trump before he announced his 2024 run.

This is definitely not a progressive step in finalizing this problem; this only takes us back to Square One, where
A.G. Garland has been mired for the past 22 months !! His apparent inability to make the necessary decisions
and produce the necessary indictments to bring ALL the Guilty Parties to Justice is the most demoralizing factor
