Why aren't they explaining the huge difference between President and VP when it comes to classified materials. President can declassify anything they want and take them, VP has no ability to do that. All of these documents Joe had were taken when he was VP.

Sounds to me like there's a HUGE failure in chain of custody procedure and oversight regarding sensitive documents in the entire Executive branch! Some lower level intel/military officers will probably fall on their swords eventually and the folks at the top will skip away leaving destroyed careers and lives in their wake.
