Judges score: 9/10. Great tour, but that storage space gives me claustrophobia... I'd probably build it into the ultimate cat/dog hang out area for my pet. I usually like a unique floor plan, but this one is a little *too* unique.

The optical illusion of this condo is interesting: the high ceiling of the Living Room & Kitchen is juxtaposed with the low storage area + crawl space and bedroom!

I actually love this one! Yes it's too small and you jave to crawl to access the storage area but my inner child would love that hidden, small storage room

Weird, why the ladder thing? I can't imagine someone keeping everyday items down there, crawling around, then climbing up the ladder with something. Although I like this more than the storage lofts. If you think a storage loft is useful you've never tried to carry a box up into one

- Put a sliding bookshelf in front of the storehouse door
- Place a large rug covering most of the bedroom area
- On top of the rug, put a bunk bed desk on top. The bed is on the upper section and a desk takes up the lower. This allows enough space to open the hatch in case you need a 2nd exit strategy

Entrance: B
There's not a lot to discuss here, it's simple and functional. Shoe cabinet is just large enough imo.

Kitchen: C
Things are very basic here. Not a ton of storage and no clear place to put a fridge. It's manageable barely keeping in the positive points with that built in bar to eat on.

Living room: C
This is a barely a decent amount of space. But would be perfect for a few bookshelves and a TV/Entertainment center. lots of head room, but not a lot of natural light. Still it's not too hard to get a little light inside.

Storage room: D
Unless you're looking to make this tiny space a kids bed and playroom there's not much else you can do but store things in there. Personally speaking I wouldn't be able to utilize this space very well, so it's not something that I can give points for. Something is definitely weird about this whole setup, but it allows for some options.

Bedroom: C+
The bedroom is too small, there's a unnecessary ladder in the floor that would have to either be worked around, or just ignored and covered. I like the outside window access up here, as well as the partial open view to the rest of the apartment. I'm not entirely sure there's enough space for a bed and a computer desk up there though. 😅 But the walk in closet is a point booster.

Wet areas: B-
The tub is tiny, but works as a shower. Having the laundry washer in the bathroom area works for me, but it's on the opposite side of the apartment from the closet? 😂 Well it's still better than average I guess.
The toilet room is very nice, though I wonder how the cleaning supplies are accessible when that vent looks to be partially blocking the cabinet door. 😅

Overall: 72/100
I think this unit could be great for particular people who are not me. The single window is a disappointment personally, especially since the kind of place I want needs emergency airflow when I sometimes burn my food.😂
