I lost my husband this past February. This was our favorite version of this song. We would listen and cry together and worship God to this video on repeat so often. I miss him so much. I know he was tired and fought do long and he is healed and free...but my heart longs for him with me here. I know there is still so much work for me to do here but for the first time I understand Paul's conflict of longing to be in heaven. One day we will worship together again babe. I love you so much.

On Mother’s Day of last year my wife and I ended up homeless with 2 kids and my pastor told us to trust in god that he would awnser us. To not worry and go eat dinner with my wife. We prayed and put all our faith in God when everything seemed hopeless we were going to go lay in a park and I stopped for a coke at a gas station. when a random man comes up to our car and tells us that God was telling him we needed help. To help us. And provided us with 3 months housing work and a vehicle. God is Faithful.

At thirty five years old I found myself homeless with six children, with only a GED and very little work history. I was lost and scared. I didn’t know what to do, so I started crying out to God to please help me. Things didn’t turn around immediately, but the more I kept going and trusting in God things slowly turned around.

Within the last twelve years I’ve gone from being homeless with six children in the streets of Atlanta to running for City Council in the “2017” election, from a GED to a Doctorate degree in Leadership Studies and became a 14x Published author. My children are all grown and doing well. Had it not been for God’s grace and mercy I don’t know where I would be.
I praise God for loving me unconditionally!!

A couple of things:

1. As a student of science, specially astronomy, I am deeply touched by the impressive way the composer wrote the descriptions of the formation of the universe and of life in this planet. Right on point.

2. As a student of Scripture, I'm impressed by the way God is described as powerful beyond reckoning, and loving and merciful without limits. The way His word is described is so beautiful and powerful. However, the part where it says that the Light of the world died alone in a mount He created... well, what can I say!

3. As a child of God saved by the Holy Son of God, Jesus of Nazareth, when it says that he would have chosen surrender and death for me a hundred million times, THAT broke me down!

This song came straight from the heart of the Holy Spirit.

This song is SO TIMELY for my family and I! My 13 year old sister has cancer, and Sunday I had gotten a call from my parents asking to gather all of my siblings to come and say our goodbyes… We prayed, we asked for a miracle, and here we are 5 days later and my sister has made a MIRACULOUS recovery and doctors are in AWE!

I was into drugs, breaking into cars in the middle of the night, on the path of death or jail, and just in a terrible spot mentally… I joined the marine corps and this song was played every Sunday… I’m now about 7 months into my career.. I’m a sinner and almost got put on a similar path again… tonight I cried to the lord. I sat in the bathroom crying and begging for his forgiveness… I need you lord. Without you I am nothing. Please help me strengthen my relationship with you and point me in the right direction as you’ve done so many times before
