My 2004 rhino was done by a non-nose specialist. He did not break nose bones, refined the lower cartilage and reduced the tip. Outpatient. Woke up with 2 tiny tampons as packing tied together under the nose.. tons of pain. Huge swelling and bruising. Dr. Removed the packing in two big yanks on the 7th day. Most pain I have ever felt in my life. Never will I have facial surgery again. Took two rounds of oxycodone. I have bleeding from on nostril on occasion. I have a slight divot in my tip.
