It's who is actually playing the character, Xiaohai's Cammy is really good he doesn't really need that much training because he was the best Cammy player back to SF 4. He basically invented how to play Cammy. Xiaohai is a KOF player he has more skills on ultimate use of energy and Doki. His main vega and Cammy are both with ultimate L3/CA mechanics. KOF is a lot harder than SF, Xiaohai is using his KOF skills to implement the SF6 playing style.
