2024 MG CYBERSTER (340 Hp) TOUR & TEST DRIVE!

MG Cyberster is available as a single-motor low / high power version and as a dual-motor version.
The single-motor version is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor on the rear axle. The low-power version has a maximum power output of 231kW / 314Hp, while the high-power version has 250kW /340Hp.
The version with dual motors has front and rear axles equipped with permanent magnet synchronous motors with maximum power outputs of 150 kW / 203 Hp at front and 250kW / 340Hp at rear.
The battery capacities are 64kWh and 77kWh respectively, with corresponding cruising ranges of 501km / 311mi, 520km / 323mi and 580km / 360mi respectively.

The car will be officially launched at the end of the year and is expected to be launched in the UK in April/May 2024.

Beeeutiful ride! A very smart styling trick by their designers having that black strip along the side window and gradually widening and wrapping it around the base of the top. This very effectively disguises and slims down what would have been an ungainly & bulky appearance. Also, I hope they will offer contrasting color options for the interior. I want one!

Can someone tell me how much will the battery cost after 8 years as before that MG ensures it, but after that how much is it gonna cost to replace the Battery which is common in EV’S.

The doors are over the top, not very keen on those or the power roof, I'd have preferred a manual roof. Apart from that, it's a beauty.

But, looks like Sport mode has a fake tachometer showing energy draw but with numbers looking like it had a 9, 000 RPM redline. Are you kidding me? My 812GTS has an actual 9, 000 RPM redline :).

This car would have cost an arm and a leg to design and manufacture and China is prepared to do the hard yards that others seem incapable of doing and will reap the rewards, this car would have to be a stunning international hit along with huge sales over a long period because the styling ageless like the MGB.
