I am a recent graduate in marketing and advertising and I feel at school they didn’t even teach stuff about what you’re doing. Thank you for the information! I just have one question regarding the business claiming part. Do you claim the business of the potential customer yourself and later transfer the business to the owner? Or do you let the owner claim the business and then apply/ ask for a "manager/ editor" role via google?

If you claim it yourself. Don't you have then multiple claimed businesses on one same gmail account? It is not very clear to me yet.
