Wear some eye protection Chris when you are drilling out spot welds and such.
Just one small piece in the eye and you’re off to the emergency room.

Hello Rob and Chris, great work on the Volvo, that part from eBay was a steal, £400 new is alot of money, Chris did a top job on the welded part.

I’ve owned Volvo’s for past 20 years and can officially say that their dealer parts prices are ridiculous. INA makes pulleys and bearings for them. I use Gates belts and any suspension parts are made by Lemförder. Less than 1/2 the price if you don’t pay for the fancy blue box that says Volvo on it.
