Mount Meron nature hike

with David Hyman, your Israeli professional tour guide. You are welcome to experience Israel with me. In this video we will hike a section of the Israel trail up the eastern slops of Mount Meron. We will visit an ancient synagogue called Horvat Shema from the second century AD and explore the mausoleum tomb of Rabbi Shammai. Then we can stop for views of the holyland from the famous chair of Elijah. The traditional site where the great prophet is awaiting the arrival of the Messiah. We will learn the Hebrew names of some of Israel's plants and trees and have a picnic lunch by Zeved spring and under the large Oak. The Israel trail is 1000 KM long and traverses the country from North to south.
