Πολύχρωμοι κουραμπιέδες - Almond-butter cookies colored (kourabiedes)

Χιονισμένοι κατάλευκοι κουραμπιέδες είναι το γλυκό των Χριστουγέννων που αγαπάμε όλοι. Το άρωμα από το βούτυρο και τα καβουρντισμένα αμύγδαλα σου σπάνε την μύτη και σου υπενθυμίζουν ότι τα Χριστούγεννα έχουν ξεκινήσει και έρχονται. Η συνταγή που σας προτείνω είναι χωρίς αβγά και την φτιάχνω 20 χρόνια τώρα, οπότε καταλαβαίνετε ότι είναι από τις πιο αγαπημένες και παλιές μου συνταγές.
Φέτος έχω μια πιο παιχνιδιάρικη διάθεση και σκέφτηκα αντί να τους χιονίσουμε με ζάχαρη άχνη όπως συνηθίζουμε να τους γλασάρουμε με χρωματιστό γλάσο και να τους διακοσμήσουμε. Νομίζω ότι τα παιδιά, μικρά και μεγάλα θα το χαρούν περισσότερο από ποτέ.
Πάρτε βρώσιμο χρώμα και γκλίτερ, διακοσμητικά πολύχρωμα κουφετάκια και ξεκινήστε το παιχνίδι!!!!

Snowy white almond cookies (kourabiedes) is the traditional dessert of Christmas here in Greece and we all love it. The sweet scent of butter and roasted almonds remind you that Christmas has begun. This recipe has no eggs, in cintrary with like the traditional recipe, and I have been making these cookies every christmas for 20 years now, so you understand that it is one of my favorite and older recipes.
This year I am in an extra christmassy mood, and I thought that instead of sprinkling the cookies with powdered sugar as we use to, we will decorate and cover them with colored glaze. Everyone will enjoy them, but especially children even more.
Just get edible color and sprinkles and start the game !!!!
