A judge paused actor Alec Baldwin's involuntary manslaughter trial Friday, as she considered a new motion by the actor’s legal team to have the case thrown out based on allegations prosecutors did not properly turn over evidence.

Evidence is Evidence, the Prosecution does not decide it's admissibility - a judge decides that. One thing is clear, ALL Evidence whether the Prosecution intends to use it or not is legally required to be turned over to the Defense.
