DAMN, Metallica! What an energy. I get the goosebumps when the crowd starts to sing along the melody at 6:47. Even James gets carried away and starts to sing it too. I was there, one of the best concerts i've ever been to. Awesome energy and synergy between band and crowd.

Seriously people STOP fucking hating on Metallica they are amazing and put out an amazing album late in the career, not many bands can do that. So what if Kirk messed up a little, they are getting old don't expect them to play how they did in the 80s because it's just not gonna happen so be thankful that they are still putting out great music and playing live still or else just don't even come to these Metallica videos because obviously you're not a real fan

For me, this song is a masterpiece, this ending is absolutely devastating! All Metallica's "ballads" are startling, starting with Fade to Black, Sanitarium, One, Day that never comes and now Halo on fire, all these songs have similar structures and work so well!

Lollapalooza is not a festival for Heavy Metal fans, it has so many garbage, but I can not stop thinking, if you're not a Metallica fan, and going to Lolla to see some indie junk, and last you see Metallica, it's love at first sight or no??

Quem acompanha o Metallica desde o princípio, de uma banda que cresceu e se solidificou na estrada, uma banda que nunca teve apoio da mídia até, exceto quando lançou o Black... Ver a forma que essa banda cresceu, superou percas trágicas, problemas internos, vícios, e hoje ainda tem fôlego pra fazer shows com tanto tesão e paixão, é algo a se admirar. Obviamente não há comparação com Metallica tocando whiplash no fim dos anos 80 com eles tocando hoje em dia, os caras estão velhos e vivem na estrada ha décadas. Mas eles tem uma paixão, uma disciplina e um tesão que eu nunca vi em banda alguma. Halo on fire remete as músicas com um andamento mais lento daquele Metallica dos anos 80, seria uma Fade to black melhor arranjada, uma One mais caprichada, uma Sanitarium mais trabalhada, é uma música que certamente vai atravessar gerações. As cenas mais bonitas desse show pra mim, foi ver marmanjos barbados chorando ao ver Metallica. Quem é fã de verdade da banda, sabe que não tem como segurar a emoção ao ver o Papa Het destruindo. Banda totalmente carismática, todos integrantes carismáticos e apaixonados pelo que fazem. Espero que Metallica ainda viva muita décadas!
