I had problem with the washer, it was broken, then the nut was unscrewed and the bearing with the bushing was moved to outside. What ca cause washer to be broken ?

If there is a spacer behind the inner race, does it have to be replaced with a different height one? The bearing is held by a split nut with a screw to clamp it.

My 1st time here, & I subscribed .perfect video.1 question though.u say the bore of the bearing is 80.but if its a tapered bore then it must have a larger side & a smaller side.which side is 80 then?

when bearing is mounted on the shaft shouldn't the clearance reduction be measured at the bottom of the bearing?
